At the Coastal Bend Food Bank, we're committed to improving the health and well-being of families struggling to put food on the table. Through nutrition education and access to high-quality foods-like fresh produce, meats, and dairy-we empower our neighbors to build healthier lives.

With the support of our incredible community, we serve 11 counties, including Nueces, San Patricio, Kleberg, Brooks, Jim Wells, Duval, McMullen, Bee, Aransas, Live Oak, and Kenedy Counties.

Our Impact
In the 2023-2024 fiscal year, we distributed:
- 13.3 million pounds of food
- 11 million meals to families, seniors, and children across the region

- Partner Food Pantries distributing directly to neighbors in our eleven county service area
- Mobile Food distributions bringing groceries directly to neighbors in need
- Kids Backpack Program ensuring children don't go hungry over weekends
- Nutrition Education initiatives helping families adopt healthier eating habits
- Diabetes Education teaches people living with diabetes to manage it with healthy eating while living on a budget
- Senior Food Box Program provides a monthly food box to Seniors 65 and older
